I don't like to post overly political things, but I found this interesting because he references WWI & WWII and the 30's - which we have been covering in Great Wars. Specifically listen to his reference about Neville Chamberlain. Whether or not you agree with him, you can't even make that determination is you haven't learned about Chamberlain in the first place. It is another great example of why you need to pay attention and be educated as it will allow you to understand more and make connections. My challenge to you is to find all of the WWII references in these cartoons. Some are more obvious than others. I will also admit one or two of these do not have any references, but I did not make the compilation. Make sure you thank the mother in your life. And do some extra chores! No class on WEDNESDAY. Make sure you get an elephant ear. Or a fatball. Or a funnel cake. And watch Ona dance!
